Este año he vuelto a hacer el flan de horchata ..
en realidad se puede hacer todo el año,..pero yo soy de las que me acuerdo de la horchata cuando hace calor
esta fué la primera receta que publiqué en el blog,y he decidido cambiar la foto,por que viendola se nota la evolución que he tenido,asi que he decidido reeditarla.y siempre hay alguien que no la ha visto antes y le puede resultar interesante
que necesitamos...
medio litro de horchata
5 huevos
5 cucharadas de azucar
4 sobaos
caramelo liquido
como se hace...
mezclar los huevos batidos con el azucar..añadir la horchata..
poner en el fondo del molde caramelo liquido ..añadir la mezcla y encima los sobaos cortados y hornear al baño maria..
a200 grados-35 minutos
dejar enfriar y desmoldar
